We offer flow yoga, beaginners yoga, gentle yoga and more. Our instructors are inspiring, offering modifications for all levels, while provvvviding guidance and support to challenge you to extend beyond your 'comfort zone'." You will feel welcomed and peaceful while practicing yoga here in our Tacoma studio. You will find our yoga studio to be an inviting and serene place -The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating of individual needs. There is NEVER hint of pretentiousness when practicing at Samdhana- Karana Yoga

Silent Auction & Open House
a fundraiser for SK Yoga.

 

Come and help us celebrate our one-year anniversary at our Second Annual Silent Auction. We’ll have live entertainment, food, and non-alcoholic drink. Not able to attend? Consider donating $10. We are a 501 c3 and are happy to send you a receipt. Your donation helps us to continue to provide fee yoga and reduced rate yoga for all.

When: Saturday Septmber 17, 2011

Where: our studio, 3014 6th Ave in Tacoma, from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm

Tickets: $10 at the door.

Why: This is a fundraiser for SK Yoga (Samdhana Karana Yoga).
Where does your money go? To our community by providing Free and reduced yoga classes for all community members; Reduced cost lessons for children with ADHD, Autism, and other challenges; and To make our teachers available to teach yoga at community organizations for people in transition.
