Mindfulness for life

Our Mindfulness For Life program offers techniques to help children focus energy, reduce stress, and ease anxiety. Our program is adaptable to classroom or library settings and is suitable for children 4 to 17 years old. We were very excited to offer this program at several Pierce County libraries during the summer of 2016.

We also have a Mindfulness for Life program adapted for big kids (adults) which we can bring to places of work, social groups, etc. If you are interested in having us come to your school, library, place of work, etc.  please contact Vania.
