Free Community
Come one, come all! A free yoga class in Tacoma open to the entire community. All levels welcome. No charge for the class, this yoga class is free. Donations greatly appreciated. We are a 501 c3 Non-profit, so your donation is tax deductable!

Beginners
This is class is appropriate for students brand new to yoga, and experienced students wanting to explore at a slower pace the fundamentals of asana alignment, sequencing and breath.

Beginners Yoga Series
This 5-week series is designed to teach the fundamentals of yoga alignment, breath, and sequence to people who are brand new to yoga. Classes build upon each other, and collectively provide students with a safe environment to cultivate strength, confidence, and relaxation.

All Levels
All are welcome to this moderately paced class that emphasizes alignment and strength building. Variations of postures given to suit each student’s body and ability.

Flow Level I/II *
This class will incorporate movement linked with breath. Discover the power of flow on varying levels. Something for everyone.

Morning Flow
This is an invigorating practice to start your day right. Flow through postures creatively linked together by breath. Some yoga experience recommended.

Lunchtime Yoga
De-stress in the middle of your day! This hour-long class is designed to feed your body, mind, and soul and send you back to work happy and productive. Some yoga experience recommended.

Gentle Yoga*
A very gentle practice designed to teach mindfulness in movement. Particular focus is given to breathing and alignment. A great class for folks dealing with permanent or temporary injury or illness, as well as for those who prefer to move at a slow, mindful pace.

Grounding & Balance
Building Stability and Core Strength- Explorations in Yoga & Chi Kung. Read more on our events page.

*Note: Sunday classes include a 10-15 minute meditation portion. No meditation experience necessary.
